How to Enroll at Harmony School of Nature&Athletics

Who can apply?

Harmony School of Nature&Athletics is an open-enrollment charter school. Students who will attend K through 8th grades for the next school year from all districts can apply for enrollment.

Tuition-Free
Harmony School of Nature&Athletics is a tuition-free charter school funded by the state.

Criteria for Admission
There is no testing or qualification required to attend Harmony School of Nature&Athletics. Timely application and availability of space are the determining factors for enrollment.

Lottery

Any student who lives in area and who submits a timely application may attend Harmony School of Nature&Athletics. If the number of applications exceeds the school's capacity, applicants will be selected through a lottery process.

How to apply?

Go to "Apply Online" page under "Admission" menu to apply online.

You need to fill out an application form to apply for enrollment. To get an application form, click here to download the form. After filling out the form, there are several ways that you can submit it to the registration office;

You can drop it to the school office.

You can mail it to Harmony School of Nature&Athletics – 8120 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. Dallas, TX 75249

You can fax it over to 972-296-2125

Enrollment Checklist

Following list is for the registration, not for application and will be needed only if your child win the lottery.

To enroll a student in Harmony School of Nature&Athletics, the following information is required:

· Birth certificate,

· Application Form

· Enrollment Form

· Copy of student's last report card,

· Copy of the most recent TAKS scores (or Stanford ),

· Copy of Social Security Card,

· Copy of Special Education Reports (if applicable),

· Complete immunization records (date, month and year of every immunization received),

· Proof of residency (utility bill for homeowners or apartment lease with the parent's name on the lease if you live in an apartment),

· Proof of withdrawal from your child's former school.

Other necessary forms will be provided by the registration office.
